EDUCATION is the MOTHER of all profession and THRIVE is the FATHER of all profession. Skill is fine and genius is splendid but connections are more valuable than either. THRIVE is a 2 year national program on personal development and capacity building pursued through Operation Dare and wokshop exercises designed to upgrade career - learn, earn and garner commitments.
Pre-enrollment counseling can encourage continuity by ensuring that aspirants are in national program for which they are adequately prepared and that are likely to satisfy them.
Pre-enrollment counseling can be provided through a one-on-one virtual meeting, a virtual group session, telephone, between an aspirant and a counselor, fowarding website page link, youtube video, pamphlets or other materials. Aspirants need to be fully informed about such matters as:

During pre-enrollment counseling, explaining the importance of time management can be especially important. Potential aspirants commonly underestimate the time commitment required and the need to build appropriate group, family or work arrangements to complete the national program.
