Read the statement consciously and face each ball by selecting the checkbox in Yes or No. Be honest to yourself to save yourself from yourself. S1. Weak internet connection in your smartphone will lead to poor communication quality. The brain reaction time has two components one is stimulus time and other is response time. Stimulus time plays a role in various cognitive processes including attention memory and decision-making. The stimulus time is the amount of available time to present the detailed and accurate information by your sensory system to the brain to process and send message to your muscles. The time from the stimulus presented to the brain and the time taken by the brain to respond is called as brain reaction time. Weak or less efficient neural pathways lead to slower reaction time because the time it takes for signals to travel through these pathways is increased. Strong and more efficient neural pathways lead to faster reaction time.
B1. All road users including you are having weak neuron connections and weak neural pathway in their brains for cognitive activities. Do you agree with this statement?
S2. When driving activities are stored in the brain memory you have strong neural pathways you don’t need stimulus you don’t need dedicated attention with minimal attention you can perform driving activities. When driving activities are not stored in the brain memory you have weak neural pathways you need stimulus and you need more attention to perform driving activities. When cognitive activities are not stored in the brain memory you have weak neural pathways you need stimulus and you need more attention to perform cognitive activities. When cognitive activities are stored in the brain memory you have strong neural pathways you don’t need stimulus you don’t need dedicated attention with minimal attention you can perform cognitive activities.
B2. No road users including you have stored cognitive activities in the brain and activated the auto-functionality of your brain for cognitive activities when the mind is absent. Do you agree with this statement?
S3. Road users battle for a safe commute every day. “Daily battle for a safe commute” can be described as the struggle to deal with heavy traffic road hazards or other obstacles on a regular basis. Neither motorists nor non-motorists practice cognitive activities regularly while commuting so they manage them accidently which lacks perfect practice and accuracy in preventive actions.
After issuing driving licenses to road users road users were left to learn cognitive activities through their daily driving experience. Road users are faced with new and different cognitive situations on the roads every day all of these situations lack repetition and the mind involvement. As a result they could not be stored in brain memory. No institution has taught them education on cognitive situation management. A self-taught person is a bad teacher and a worst student. If self-learning is sufficient then we should close down all educational institutions. Self-learning means mind guided learning and mind always encourage us to do easy things instead of right things. As a result all road users have become cognitive biased and managing cognitive situations accidently instead of managing intelligently.
B3. All road users including you are managing cognitive situations accidently instead of intelligently because they have not learned it from any expert. Do you agree with this statement?
S4. Road users leave their minds free to engage in their normal thinking process of past memories and future worries most of the time. Occasionally they engage their minds in the present moment and in the cognitive activities while commuting.
In heavy traffic congestion the mind is paying more attention to the current task which results in more minor injuries and less major injuries. But in normal traffic situation the mind is paying less attention mind dis-engages from the task in hand engages in its normal function of a thinking process which is past memories and future worries. As a result major injuries are more frequent and minor injuries are less frequent. Attention span on the road is reduced due to the increase in distractions and lack of mind management education.
B4. All road users including you are paying divided attention and no one has learned mind management which is very important to pay dedicated attention while on roads. Do you agree with this statement?
S5. All road users violate all traffic rules when they are impulsive or when they feel the need for instant gratification sometimes they miss noticing the red traffic light and cross the junction without knowing there is a red light because their mind is absent. Road users never correct their mistakes and all uncorrected mistakes are repeated Pure vegetarians follow their dietary rules strictly. Even under the urge of urgency or under the urge of instant gratification they follow their dietary rules. Pure vegetarians are strict followers of their dietary rules because they have erected a cognitive barricade.
B5. Road users including you violate road traffic rules under the urge of urgency and also for instant gratification or sometime they miss to notice the red traffic light and cross the traffic light junction when their mind is absent. Do you agree with this statement?
S6. The global community is running Road Safety Pledge Campaign and taking Road Safety Pledge by raising hands up stretching arm or with hands on chest and also through online medium with an aim to instill the desired mindset among the road users. This campaign is in practice for decades but it is not working. If we keep doing what we have always done we will keep getting what we have always got.
B6. When this old campaign of road safety pledge is not bringing the desired results the global community must upgrade the road safety pledge campaign to the next level that is effective. Do you agree with this statement?
S7. There are 3 levels of life
Physical Level: The majority of individuals lead materialistic lives. Each person possesses unique physical characteristics including distinct features fingerprints and various other things resulting in a lack of physical similarity. This absence of resemblance often leads people to perceive one another as strangers adversaries and enemies.
Mental Level: A sense of connection and camaraderie arises when individuals share similar thoughts and ideas. People remember one another primarily due to this alignment in thinking. However when differences emerge even close relationships such as those between spouses or parents and children can become strained.
Soul Level: At our core we are all souls distinct from the supreme soul and part of a larger cosmic family. Only a small fraction about 1% of humanity operates at this soul level. Despite potential mismatches in thoughts there remains a fundamental connection, however living at this soul level presents significant challenges.
Road users are leading a life at a physical level and they consider fellow road user as strangers and enemies. They traverse roads aimlessly and without a defined purpose they risk encountering disaster. It is essential for road users to establish a shared goal and shared responsibility. Although we use the term road accident which means no one at fault but road users are blaming each other for the road traffic crash whereas the term Road Crash should be used. It takes two hands to clap and two parties to collide. Both parties are responsible for crash prevention. If we fail to prevent crash that means we provoke road crashes. Both parties should be held responsible for the crash but by assessing the degree of crash provocation. One party may be having 20% fault and other will be having 80% fault. When on roads one person cannot be held responsible for a crash where both are responsible.
B7. All road users including you are blaming other road users to hide their own mistake and the blame game leads to road rage. Do you agree with this statement?
S8. If an extinguished lamp has the illusion that it is lit and tries to light other extinguished lamps and all those extinguished lamps also have the illusion that they are lit then the darkness will persist. All road users including the educators of road safety have acquired outer world knowledge but no one has acquired inner world knowledge.
B8. All road users including you have not acquired the knowledge of inner world which is a dire need of the hour. Do you agree with this statement?
S9. If all the students are passing in all the subjects except Math then the Math teacher should be held responsible for the failure of the students. But if the Mathematics teacher is teaching the same students batch the same syllabus of Mathematics for years after year and decade after decade and students are still failing that means there is a serious problem. If road users are making behavioral mistakes then road safety educators should be held responsible for the mistake of road users. Road safety subject also requires better knowledge understanding and practice of outer world and inner world. Ineffective education ineffective process and incompetent educators are the root causes of road users' behavioral errors a decisive statement that has shaken road safety professionals worldwide
B9. It is crucial that all road users including you receive advanced versions of sustainable road safety education as well as qualified teachers of the inner world with expertise in the subject of sustainable road safety. Do you agree with this statement?
S10. By spraying water on the leaves the plant cannot become fruitful unless the water is supplied to the root of the plant. By spraying knowledge on the superficial level knowledge cannot become fruitful unless the knowledge is supplied to the inner intelligence. By spraying more and more water on leaves the water can reach to the root of the plant. If a joke or any of knowledge is repeated more than three times we start getting bored and start protesting. The melting point of gold is 1064°C and that of iron is 1534°C and once the melting point is reached the metal can be molded into the desired shape. Similarly efforts have the melting point once that melting point is reached efforts can be molded into the desired shape of habit and behavior
B10. All road users including you are keeping the road safety knowledge on superficial level and not taking it to the inner intelligence of brain memory and also not making required efforts to establish a desired behavior in sustainable road safety. Do you agree with this statement?
S11. People used public roads with a sense of freedom. However with the advent of motorization road traffic rules were enforced imposing restrictions on how people could use public roads. When these restrictions threaten personal freedoms reactance can manifest in negative thoughts and emotions such as counter-arguing and anger. This reaction often leads to negative attitudes toward the message and a reduced intention to comply with it.
The human brain strives to maintain a sense of autonomy allowing individuals to pursue their desires freely. Therefore it is essential to use language rooted in positive evolutionary psychology to embed safer behaviors in the subconscious of road users. Messages such as "don’t run red lights" "don’t drink and drive" "don’t use your phone while driving" and "don’t speed" are examples of negative and restrictive language. These admonitions have proven to be ineffective and have contributed to an increase in road accident fatalities.
B11. All road users including you like to be limited by themselves and set their own limits. Do you agree with this statement?
S12. Technology is advancing rapidly yet we often neglect to upgrade our inner intelligence which serves as our seventh sense and the primary commander of our actions. In the absence of a strong guiding force our mind acts as the secondary leader overseeing our mental and physical endeavors. It often leads us into repetitive cycles driven by sensory gratification trapping us in a state of self-deception. To achieve meaningful results we must strengthen our Chief Commander (our inner intelligence). This way the Deputy Chief (our mind) can function effectively under the guidance of the Chief Commander. While we constantly upgrade our outer world with technology we must also make an effort to enhance our inner world with similar advancements. We upgrade the software of our smartphone but not the software of our mind. We are incompetent where we have to competent. We are slave at our own fiefdom whereas we have to be master.
B12. All road users including you are the slaves of their minds so brighten your cognitive light by yourself. Do you agree with this statement?
