A.  The advisors of 10 members in Decade Group are directly responsible for the enrolment of  (10X10=100) 100 members in Centurion Group and also inderctly responsible for (100X10= 1000) 1000 members in Millennium Group. The Decade Group has to enroll 10 advisors in  Centurion Group (10X10=100) total 100 Centurians, and all the 100 Centurians has to enroll 10 members (100X10) in Millennium Group. Then enrolment is totally as entreprenuership basis to foster the culture of peer associate and to team management skill by managing a team of 10 members. (Ambassador + Decade Group + Centurion Group + Millennium Group)

 

B.  On Completion of Advisors Team of 10 members, in Centurian group, Rs. 2.5K will be released and on Completion of Advisors Team of (10X10=100)100 members directly by 10 advisors of Centurion Group (indiectly by A Decadian) in Millennium Group, the balance payment will be paid, ,

 

1.  Advisors of Team A will get enrolment bonus of Rs. 10K

 

2.  Advisors of Team B (100 Members of Centurian Group) will get enrolment bonus of Rs. 5 K by enrolling 10 members each in Millennium Group.

 

3.  Advisors of Team C will not get any enrolment bonus as they are not enrolling any member.

4.  Enrollment of 10 members in 10 days will result in a 100% enrollment bonus, and bonus amounts will be reduced with every extension, as shown in the above image.

5.   The 10 Advisors of Team-A are enrolling 10 members each to form Centurion Group (10 X 10 = 100 Advisors ) by seeking both Enrollment Training & Subscription Selling Training.

 

6.   The 100 Advisors of Centurion Group -Team B  are enrolling 10 members each to form Millennium Group (100 X 10 advisors) by seeking both Enrolment Training & Subscription Selling Training.

7.  The Millennium Group advisors are not enrolling any member, and seeking only Subscription Selling Training and not entitle for any enrolment bonus. They can start subscription selling immediately after their enrolment and training (3 to 5 days).

8.  The Centurion Group ( 10 members of 1 team and total 10 teams of 10 members in Centurion Group) each member will become team leader on rotation basis within the respective team of 10 members only.

9.  The Millennium Group (10 members of 1 team and total 100 teams of 10 members in Millennium Group) each member will become team leader on rotation basis within the respective team of 10 members only.

10. The advisors can prepare a list of 50 to 100 number prospects whom they are going to approach through social media, whatsapp and meeting new peoples at public parks by introducing themselves as Future Changemakers.

11. All enrolments are being done on the basis of entrepreneurship basis and not on employee.

12. Every individuals must provide free food to 10 needy persons.

13. The enrolment fee for ambassadors is Rs  5000   but right now it is Rs. 2500 which is a wisdom & wealth seed money.

14. The monthly incentive payout shall be released on 5th of the following month and are paid in slabs, the highest slab is 25% plus % 5 target bonus..

15. The total performance of the both the groups will be clubbed and 5% of the performance will be equally divided (Centurion + Millennium ) and paid to every individual as team shared incentives, apart from the individual incentives.

16. All individuals has to sell digital subscription of Rs. 100 recurring annually and people who don't pay they don't pay the attention, and free concept is not sustainable and any individual should not accept free product by doing so they are becoming the product..

17. The bonus target 1000 Subscription in a month.

18. The monthly payout will be released on 5th of the following month to all individuals.

19. The monthly payout for advisors will be in slabs and upto Rs. 25K or 35K or still more.
