Darkness is no match with the light but the light must be active because in the absence of light, darkness is automatic. Darkness is ignorance and knowledge is light. All road safety guardians are like extinguished lamps until they  learn innrer world management.  They should master the inner world management in road safety because road safety subject is a subject of inner world management. Road safety educators are providing ineffective road safety education, using ineffective process and they are incompetent to impart road safety education. Road safety trainers are claiming that they are giving their best.  The operation was successful but the patient died.  

If all the students pass in all the subjects except Mathematics then the Mathematics teacher will be held responsible for the failure of the students. If road safety students are dying in accidental suicides and the number of deaths is increasing, then the road safety teacher should be blamed for the increasing accidental suicides. The only way to learn maths is to understand it well and practice maths using the correct formulas. The only way to learn road safety sustainability is to understand road safety and practice road safety sustainability using correct formulas.

It is established fact that human behavior is responsible for major road crashes. Our behavior of doing anything right or wrong lies in our internal mechanism, so we should learn our internal mechanism and use it in our favor which is working against us. External factors do influence our behavior but we can build a mental wall, we can erect cognitive barricading to control impulses and negate the influence of external factors and maintain a desired stable behavior in any domain. All the road users are claiming that they are experienced road users, they are performing better than others.

While habits / behavior can be altered, but once they become ingrained as reflexes, then even god cannot change it.

We are involving every road user and ensuring that no one is left behind. We are issuing road users registration - RUR No. and all road users must obtain it. We will fix the time limit to get this RUR number and those who fail to get it within the stipulated time will be picked up by our team of Nation Security Brigade along with local police. After we pick them up, we will keep them in our cognitive rehabilitation centre and give them the necessary training. Once they complete the training and pass the assessment, they will get the certificate and RUR No.issued and will be released from the cognitive rehabilitation center - CRC.

We have already submitted a Comprehensive Project Report on National Sustainable Road Safety with the government for the implementation. The project implementation process is time consuming as it involves various factors. The government makes laws and then faces opposition from the opposition and puts them on hold. We all violate road traffic rules at one time or another, either out of necessity or unknowingly. Sustainable road safety goes beyond following road traffic rules, which is following cognitive rules that no one is following.

There are 5 crore cases pending in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and 50% of these cases are challenging the government policies. Is it more important to wait for the implementation of the policy or to take immediate action to save lives.

Every day around 500 road users are dying, around 1100 road users are disabled due to road crashes in India. Every 4 minutes there is a death due to road accidents in India and if we wait for its implementation, we will lose many precious lives which we can save till then.  NGOs work to raise public awareness and for the betterment of society

The Government has requested NGOs to work on human mindset for behavior change and assured Government support for such initiatives. The government has requested all sections of the society to cooperate in making a joint effort to bring about a big change in the society. 

The government has been celebrating National Road Safety Week since 1989 to increase public awareness and now its duration has been extended from one week to one month. But a period of one month of road safety compliance is not enough, it should be a continuous process which is not limited to just one month but should continue for a year and year after year until we achieve the set target.

Realizing that awareness campaigns are not working, Mother India Care has launched preparedness campaign. Mother India Care is promoting sustainable road safety preparedness drive through epic encounter sessions and motor rally called Rally to Rule – Epic Tour Series. If we find what is right and increase the our strength by supporting and doing what is right, then government will implement immediately. 

We are citizens of our country which is a democratic country. We elect our representatives to lead and get things done according to our needs. We also empower them to make societal norms and laws. But when they make any law then a section of the society oppose it. Our responsibility is not just limited to build and manage our houses, we all should actively participate in nation building activities as it is our responsibility apart from building our own houses. Without the active participation of the citizens, the government alone cannot do anything on the issue which requires the biggest changes in the society.

Let us sit together and find out what is right not who is right, and do that what is right not what is easy. Let us understand the revolutionary solution clearly and convince ourselves with our own intelligence. In the beginning, lies win and last for some time, but in the end, truth wins; ultimately, truth wins.

A blind man went to a surgeon for surgery and after consulting the surgeon, he asked the surgeon to first show him a demo of how his eyes would be after the surgery, only then he would get the surgery done.

Blind person cannot see the demo with blind eyes and surgeon cannot show the demo to blind person. A person full of negativity has turned his mind's eye into a blind eye and in this state he is never able to see the reality of the end result.

You must have the guts to draw a line and make the crowd to follow and don’t wait for the assemblage and follow the crowd. A demo seeker can also be a history maker, provided he changes his mindset from demo to action, procrastination to efforts.  We have got only this planet, we can not seek another planet. Life is serious and take it seriously. Time is most valuable and do not waste the time. Take action now and make the history. 

Take a test and be your own testimony. If a person is giving a testimony, then it will be doubted as tutored. If a celebrity is giving a testimony then he can be doubted as paid. We are monitoring road users who complete cognitive program and maintining data of road users returning safely every day. Our success rate is 92% and our scientists are working on improving our success rate to make it 100% and we are sure we will achieve it with in the stipulated time of year end 2030.

The changes in the brain can be identified with fMRI scanning but that process is done with a highly radioactive source, we don’t recommend it. But if you want to go through this process you have to go through it twice, before and after the cognitive engineering program.
