THRIVE is a 2 year national program on personal development and capacity building pursued through Operation Dare and wokshop exercises designed to upgrade career - learn, earn and garner commitments.
Pre-enrollment counseling can encourage continuity by ensuring that aspirants are in national program for which they are adequately prepared and that are likely to satisfy them.
