Encourage them to maintain time, energy and foucs on the work consistently J. Encourage them to prepare priority list and act on it and follow it regularly K. Ambassadors are responsible for downline team building, training and monitoring the team activities. Individuals can join URSWG, as Road Safety Ambassadors and build up, advisors network within the 3 level down line team of A, B and C on the following terms and conditions. CCB Ambassadors Guidelines Team Building 1. Ambassadors will be allotted a referral code to build a down line and also for their conscious community building and its incentive accounting. 2. Ambassadors must form 10 advisors in their individual down line called as Level A Team of 10 advisors. 3. Each advisors of Level A team must form 10 advisors in their individual down line called as Level B team of 100 advisors. 4, Each advisors of Level B team must form 10 advisors in their individual down line called as Level C team of 1000 advisors.

Training. 7. Ambassador must Seek the proper training and arrange training to 10 advisors of their individual down-line . 8. Advisors of level A seek the proper training and arrange training to 10 advisors of their individual down-line . 9. Ambassadors must ensure that the all the Advisors in their team should get the proper training.
Team Management. 11. Ambassadors will be managing 10 advisors directly and 1100 advisors indirectly. 12. Ambassador will interact 10 advisors of their down line and 1 director of up-line atleast twice a day everyday directly. 13. Ambassadors will ensure that all their 110 team leaders are interacting with their 10 advisors of their individual down-line and one advisor of their up-line. 14. Ambassadors are developing a strong business relationship with their team as their peer associate. 15. The ambassador must maintain the team strength in their team and enroll another advisor in their team in the event of any drop out.
Main activity / task after enrollment & training 13. Ambassadors will be ensuring that all advisors are preparing their daily task list 14. Ambassadors will be ensuring that all advisors are maintaining the consistency, priority and full focus. 15. The advisors will be enrolloing individuals for 5F Matrix as their conscious community connections which will serve as their background assets and passive income source. .16. Encourage advisors for a Minimum of 100 nos. C3 members enrollment per month to be active in the team. 17. Encourage advisors for a Minimum of 500 nos. C3 members enrollment per month to get the highest payout slab. 18. Encourage advisors for the 1000 nos. C3 members enrollment per month to get the target bonus.
19. Encourage advisors to maintain stability and consistency by taking the rejection as redirection and never as an insult because the product is the best in the world. 20. Encourage advisors to achieve their diamond level step by step within 2 years.. 21. One advisor is allowed for the maximum of double diamond level.
