Mother India Care (MIC) conducts the Road Users Census (RUC), a key component of its Epic Five-Year Unique Project (Epic 5 YUP) designed to achieve 100% sustained road safety in India by 2030 and globally by 2035.

The RUC registers all users, ranks them based on behavioral safety, categorizes them (non-offenders, offenders, or defaulters), and provides tailored advisory for self-improvement. RUC establishes a rigorous accountability system where any safety compliance below 100% is considered a performance failure. 

Key Details of the Road Users Census (RUC):

• Goal: Achieve 100% sustained road safety (India by 2030, globally by 2035).
• Target: All road users of all age groups, aiming for comprehensive, inclusive coverage.
• Key Functions:
  • Register all road users on a single platform.
  • Rank road users based on behavior, classifying them as non-offenders, offenders, or defaulters.

  • Analyze traffic volume, vehicle classification, and infrastructure conditions.
• Accountability System: Any safety compliance under 100% is deemed a performance failure.
• Institutional Accountability: Road crashes involving adults affect employer rankings; crashes involving minors impact the ranking of parents and educational institutions.
• Cognitive Limitations: All road users have innate cognitive limitations; we are overcoming these limitations by developing attention backups and automating targeted thinking.
• Deadlines: Register all road users by November 26, 2026, and release a National Road Safety Atlas.
• Core Philosophy: Encourages shifting from a "compromised road user" to an "armoured road user" to become a victor in daily commuting
